Going outside for some fresh air, even in the winter months, is highly recommended.
Parity student Michael follows this advice, taking a twice-weekly walk with Camberley Day Service Manager Darren Shergold and Keyworker Sam Gomez.
Recently, the three decided to go a step further.
“Michael, Darren and I have decided to do some litter picking to clear up the local community,” Sam reported.
Last week they cleared four bags of waste along Cove Brook and on Moor Road Recreation ground – despite the wet weather!
