On 1st October 2021, Parity for Disability reaches a new milestone: 30 years of award-winning services for adults with multiple disabilities.
We would love for you to celebrate with us by entering our photo competition, with the chance to win a fantastic prize from Fleet portrait studio Captured Moment.
This year celebrating our local community means even more to us. Over the past year and a half, to support the students and their families, Parity staff, volunteers, families, carers and more people in the community worked tirelessly to keep everyone active and connected. Thankfully, as restrictions lift our students can look forward to gradually enjoying more and more of the essential community provision they need for good health and wellbeing.
It’s really easy to take part by sending an image of something that made or makes you happy within the community. Whether that be your local park, the flowers you see every day or the shop that always made you feel welcome.
There are three categories that can be entered into;
- Under 10’s
- 11 – 18 years
- Over 18’s
Email your image to emma.nelson@parityfordisability.org.uk, send via social media or post with your contact details to Parity for Disability, 94 Whetstone Rd, Cove, Farnborough, Hants GU14 9SX.
There are three age categories 10 and under, 11 – 18 and 18 and over, with first prize winners receiving a 10×8 family portrait and 2nd and 3rd prize winners receiving a 10×8 print of their image from Captured Moment.
Deadline for entries is the 17th October with winners being announced on the 29th October.
