Repeatedly squeezing a stress ball releases tension and in turn, helps to relieve stress. Stress balls also boost blood circulation and help with the treatment of carpal-tunnel syndrome and arthritis. They can be used in meditation too. You will need.

1 pot of Play dough for each stress ball you plan to make or 130g of make your own playdough

12″ Latex Balloons

Sharpie Marker

Roll out your playdough into a long, thin line. (see playdough instructions for how to make this)

Stretch your balloon as wide as you can and stuff the playdough inside. You might need to get help with this part.

Press the filled balloon to make it flat and to get as much air out as possible.

Tie it off with a knot.

Add a face using your sharpie and you’re finished!
