Parity Keyworker Natalie Vaughan achieved the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care through Farnborough College of Technology in August 2023.
The qualification involved a year’s study of key areas of knowledge in care settings, including promoting person-centred approaches, supporting individuals with multiple conditions and/or disabilities, and supporting individuals with specific communication needs.
Natalie took less than a year to complete the course, managing this work alongside her roles as a keyworker for Parity and as a mum.
Staff celebrated Natalie’s achievement with a surprise graduation ceremony.
