Student Nick is building a model of Buckingham Palace. He’s using cardboard boxes, gluing pasta to the pieces of card and then painting it. By mixing glue in with the paint he can put a shiny finish to the Royal walls.

Building a Palace Door
Now Nick is going to start building additional pieces for the structure. Once it’s mounted on its base, additions such as the guards, which supporters have given great advice on how to make, will be added. “Nick has put in an amazing amount of hard work,” says Mytchett Day Service Manager Amy Gooderham who has been supporting him with the project.
